N-326 is a reinforcing carbon black. It has the lowest structure in the ASTM N300 series, with a moderately high surface area similar to that of N-330. It is suitable for rubber products that require high tear strength, low viscosity, and extended scorch times.
Its low structure makes it an ideal substitute for acidic channel blacks.
It is used in tire casings, off-road tire treads, and solid industrial tires.
It is also used in inks, paints, and plastics, where it has high tinting strength and provides good gloss.
